Elsie Cogsil Johnson

Elsie Cogsil Johnson, 92, died Oct. 29, 2012, at the Masonic Home Nursing Unit in Shelbyville, KY.

She was born Aug. 13, 1920, in Lee Twp., Carroll County, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Clara Wiggins Cogsil; a brother, Robert S. Cogsil; a sister, Lois Cogsil Penn; a great grandchild; and her husbands, William E. Robson, the father of her children, and her second husband, Raymond T. Johnson.

She and Raymond were proprietors of the Amsterdam, OH, I.G.A. Market for many years.

She is survived by her daughters, Joanne Robson Muske (Donnie) of Bokeelia, FL, and Donna Robson Ludwig (James) of Smithfield, KY; four grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
