Ruth M. Rogers

Ruth M. Rogers, 81, of Carrollton passed away early Sunday morning, Jan. 9, 2010, in the Carroll Golden Age Retreat.

Born Aug. 23, 1928, in Carroll County, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Mary Dolvin Rogers.

A resident of Golden Age Retreat since 1974, Ruth was active in many of the activities held there and will be missed by her many friends.  She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church in Carrollton.

Funeral services were held Jan. 12 in Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home of Carrollton.  Burial followed in Liberty Cemetery near Minerva.
