Margaret Lucille Roudebush

Margaret Lucille Roudebush, 94, of Carroll Court, Carrollton, passed away April 12, 2012, following a one-month illness.

Born June 28, 1917, in Washington Twp., Carroll County, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Ida Roudebush.

She was a member of Church of Christ in Carrollton.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed sewing, bowling, golfing, dancing, music, flowers, playing euchre and baking.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharon (Mark) Spilker and Beverly (Ron) Pothorski, both of Carrollton; three sons, Gary Fawcett of Kilgore, Phillip (Betty) Fawcett of DeGraff and Bill Fawcett of Cleveland; two sisters, Mary (Tom) Moore of Whispering Pines, SC, and Helen Trethaway of Concord, NH; six grandchildren, Timmy (Kelli) Hepner, Darcy (Clyde) Plunket, Tracy Fawcett, Doug Fawcett, David (Hope) Fawcett and Shawanda Forrester; six great grandchildren, Ian Hepner, Whitni Plunket, Tad Fawcett, and Paige, Zachery and Nick Forrester; and one great great granddaughter, Rhemee Beadnell.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wendell Fawcett in 1969; her second husband, Frank Roudebush in 1998; a brother, Earl; seven sisters, Doris, Wilma, Lois, Kate, Fran, Lila, and Esma; a son-in-law, Tim Hepner; and daughter-in-law, Sue Fawcett.

Funeral services were held April 14 in Sweeney-Dodds Funeral Home in Carrollton with Rev. Mike Doak officiating.  Burial was in Kilgore Cemetery.  The family sends a special thank you to the staff at Carroll Health Care and Carroll County Hospice.
