FPS staff report

Following are the unofficial results from the Nov. 3 general election in Carroll County. The count includes votes cast on electronic voting machines at 26 precincts in Carroll County and also 1, 240 absentee ballots. It does not include 101 provisional ballots cast on Election Day. Those votes will be counted after they are validated during the officials canvas, set for Nov. 17 at 9 .m.
