County to participate in statewide tornado drill March 25

FPS staff report

It’s only a test!
Carroll County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director Tom Cottis said the county will participate in the annual Spring Statewide Tornado Drill March 25 at 9:50 a.m.

Cottis said the drill will consist of one, three-minute blast on sirens throughout the county, three minutes of silence and then a one-minute all-clear blast. Most residents will hear the test on their local siren.
