The new Carrollton Tractor Supply Company store will hold its grand opening April 26 according to Store Manager Rick Brown.
The Carrollton location is Tractor Supply Company's 67th store in Ohio. It employs 13 team members. The new facility has 23,627 square feet including sales floor and support service space.
Tractor Supply Company is the largest retail farm and ranch supply store chain in the United States.
"Carrollton is an ideal location for us because of the large amount of horse and cattle owners in the area," said Brown. "Customers say they're glad to have us here because now they no longer need to drive a far distance to purchase the items they need."
Grand opening festivities for the new store, located at 1335 NW Canton Rd., will begin at 7:30 a.m. Activities include a petting zoo, an antique tractor show, a food fundraiser for the Carroll County 4-H, hourly giveaways and specially priced merchandise.
