Aultman Hospital will present two free Health Talk programs during July at the Aultman Carrollton facility.

July 9: Lower Back Pain will be presented by Vincent Wake, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon from 6-7:30 p.m. Four out of five adults will experience back pain. Learn the signs and symptoms of many common lower back conditions, diagnosis and treatment options, as well as when to seek care. Check your risk factors at aultman.org/spineaware.
July 16: MyPlate will be presented by Linda Brunk, R.N., Aultman Community Wellness Nurse from 2-3:30 p.m. The MyPlate icon is the new USDA food graphic replacing MyPyramid. Come learn more about using the MyPlate to make healthy choices when dining out. Light lunch will be provided by the Carrollton Ponderosa. Limited to 25 participants. Registration required.
