Aultman set to host two July health talks at Carrollton facility

Aultman Hospital will present two free Health Talk programs during July at the Aultman Carrollton facility.

Seating for all health talks is limited, and reservations are required. Call 330-363-TALK (8255) or sign up at www.aultman.org. Presentations are for educational purposes only and do not in any way constitute professional advice.

July 9: Lower Back Pain will be presented by Vincent Wake, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon from 6-7:30 p.m. Four out of five adults will experience back pain. Learn the signs and symptoms of many common lower back conditions, diagnosis and treatment options, as well as when to seek care. Check your risk factors at aultman.org/spineaware.

July 16: MyPlate will be presented by Linda Brunk, R.N., Aultman Community Wellness Nurse from 2-3:30 p.m. The MyPlate icon is the new USDA food graphic replacing MyPyramid. Come learn more about using the MyPlate to make healthy choices when dining out.  Light lunch will be provided by the Carrollton Ponderosa. Limited to 25 participants. Registration required. Aultman Carrollton is located at 1020 Trump Road N.W., Carrollton.
