Republican Women's group installs officers
FPS staff report

Newly-elected officers of the Carroll County Republican Women’s Organization were installed at a meeting held March 25 at the Ponderosa Steakhouse in Carrollton.

Installed by Member Betty Gray for two-year terms each were (Patricia Oyer, president; Terri Burns, vice president, and Pam Gallaher, secretary-treasurer.

Regular meetings were set for the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Ponderosa except April due to the April 17 Republican party’s dinner. The next regular meeting will be Tuesday, May 27.

Guest speaker at the March 25 meeting was Atty. Sean Smith, who is seeking the office of Carroll County Common Pleas Court Judge, Probate and Juvenile division, on the non-partisan ballot at the November election.
