Installation of 2008 officers of the Augusta Masonic Lodge was held Dec. 8, 2007 at the lodge in Pattersonville.
New officers are R. Jason Bentley, worshipful master; Larry Evans, senior warden; Richard Fowler, junior warden; Lee Heston, treasurer; Terry Selby, secretary; Ronald Bentley, Sr., chaplin; Norman Seager, senior deacon; David Slack, junior deacon; Daniel Nesbitt, senior steward; Douglas Eshler, junior steward; Ralph Coss, tyler; and David Evans, lodge education officer.
Grand lodge officers attending the ceremony were Calvin Guisto and Howard Bodine, Jr., District Deputy Grand Masters of the 24th Mason District; Allan Bohr, Jerry Clemens and Harold Bates, past District Deputy Grand Masters; and Kevin Todd, Grand Orator of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio.
Augusta Masons will confer the degree of Fellow Craft April 19 at 7 p.m. All masons are welcome to attend.
