Large crowd gathers for reception

FPS staff report

A reception was held for Shirley Thorn, grand representative of Alberta in Ohio recently with over 80 guests present.

Thorn was escorted by Emory Hall of Canton who serves as her flag bearer. 

She introduced the following guests:  Past Grand Matron Carol Jones of Canton; Associate Grand Patron Trevor Sprowl of Norton; Grand Representative of Arkansas Martha Hoffman of Newcomerstown; Grand Representative of Tennessee Mary Friend of Malvern; Grand  Representative of Utah Mary McMillen of East Palestine; Grand Aide Larry Rutledge and Grand Page Cathy Mauer.

 Honored Masons attending included Ray Shepherd, Joe Phillis, Emery Hall and Johnny Jones.

Entertainment was provided by The Carrollton Showstoppers who performed their Christmas show. 

The event committee was comprised of:  Ruth Moledor, Glenda Carter, Mary Huffman, Lisa Phillis, Shirley Phillis, Carol Myers, Barbara Lumley, Carol Bower and Mary Anna Cotter.
