Despite the heat and little rainfall, flowers were in full bloom for the flower shows held Tuesday and Friday at the Carroll County Fair. Margie Champer was the Best of Show and Sweepstakes winner in the Design division and received Best of Show in the cut division. Louis Beucler of Dellroy was the sweepstakes winner in the cut division.
