Youth audition planned for1940s musical production

FPS staff report

The Carroll Aspiring Stage Theatrics (CAST) Community Theater will hold auditions for the musical youth production “Kilroy was Here.”

The musical is set in a USO Club in the 1940s and has a cast list of over 30 youths.  Auditions for youth ages 10-19 will be held March 7 at 6 p.m. in the CAST rooms next the YMCA big gym at 211 Moody Ave., Carrollton.

No experience is necessary but each person should be prepared for a singing audition.

Dorothy Fritz, director of the production, noted, “Please bring a calendar of any conflicts for Tuesday and Thursday evenings March through May.  The production is scheduled for May 16-18.”

For additional information, contact Fritz at 330-627-2091 or via email at thecast07@ gmail.com.
