FPS staff report

The Carroll County Department of Job and Family Services (DJFS) is offering a clothing and back to school program for those who meet qualifications.

Approved families, with children in grades K-12 who are enrolled in school and under the age of 19, will receive an $80 clothing voucher for Walmart.  Children ages K-4 will receive vouchers for a backpack and school supplies.  Families must meet eligibility guidelines of the 200 percent poverty level, such as $1,915 monthly income for household of one; $2,585, 2; $3,255, 3, etc.

Applications are available by calling Carroll County DJFS at 330-627-2571 or at the office located at 95 E. Main St., Carrollton. 

Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until Aug. 10.
