Flowers were in bloom despite the rash of hot weather that has engulfed Carroll County.
Margie Champer was a Best of Show winner in cut flower and design categories; Carla Rinehart and Lola Fogle took home the Sweepstakes award in cut flower and design, respectively, at Tuesday’s show.
